4. Client Responsibilities

When using our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Ensure you have the right to advertise your brand
• Pay for services as agreed in your contract
• Cooperate with our team during campaign execution
• Not use our services for illegal or harmful purposes

5. Agent Program Terms

Agents representing Labelreach agree to:

• Represent Labelreach professionally and ethically
• Accurately represent our services to potential clients
• Remit payments according to the agreed process
• Maintain confidentiality of client information
• Not engage in activities that could harm Labelreach's reputation

6. Retail Partner Terms

Retail partners agree to:

• Apply advertising stickers to bags as instructed
• Report accurately on the number of bags given out
• Allow Labelreach to monitor sticker placement
• Not remove or damage advertising stickers

7. Payment Terms

All payments for services are due as specified in your contract. Late payments may result in service suspension. We accept bank transfers and online payments via Paystack.

8. Refund Policy

Refunds are issued at our discretion. If you are unsatisfied with our services, please contact us within 7 days of service delivery to discuss your concerns. All refund requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Labelreach Advertising Ltd and is protected by copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without permission.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. While we strive to deliver results, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes from advertising campaigns.
