1. Services

LabelReach Advertising Ltd provides branding, advertising, marketing, product label advertising, corporate identity design, EduBoost consulting, political branding, CRM dashboards, and related services. Specific deliverables, timelines, and costs will be outlined in project proposals or invoices shared with clients.

2. Payments

All payments must be made in line with the agreed invoice terms. Work may be paused or withheld if payments are overdue. Deposits (usually 60%) are required to commence projects unless otherwise agreed in writing.

3. Intellectual Property

All creative work, designs, and campaigns remain the property of LabelReach Advertising Ltd until full payment is received. Upon full payment, ownership rights may be transferred to the client unless otherwise stated.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients must provide accurate information, approvals, and necessary resources to enable us to deliver projects on time. Delays caused by the client may affect agreed timelines.

5. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of business, marketing, and proprietary information shared during the course of engagement.

6. Limitation of Liability

While we strive for excellence, LabelReach Advertising Ltd will not be held liable for indirect losses, delays, or damages caused by third-party vendors, hosting providers, or unforeseen circumstances.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate an agreement with written notice. In such cases, all completed work up to the termination date must be paid for by the client.

8. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes shall be resolved under Nigerian courts/jurisdiction.
